I started in 1995 with the idea of creating a great product with a sumptuous flavor. It was never about money, only about quality. All of my barbeque products are hand rubbed with savory spices and slow cooked to perfection. My secret barbecue sauce is then blended in to form the perfect balance of flavor and texture. All items are
prepared with the intent they will be microwaved. They are all
low in fat, salt and carbohydrates for those who eat like I do. From my kitchen
